Milligan is proud to announce that Kelly Scalf, Program Manager, has been selected to serve on the National Rural Technical Assistance Program (RTAP) Rural Mobility Hub Design Guide Workgroup.
The national workgroup is developing a comprehensive design guide to support and advance mobility management in rural communities across the United States. The effort brings together transportation and mobility management professionals from across the country to share best practices, address challenges, and identify innovative strategies for improving coordinated transportation services.
Additionally, Barbara Savary, Subject Matter Expert and Senior Compliance Analyst, has been selected to serve on the Pathways to Funding: A Practical Grant Application Guide for Rural & Community Transit Workgroup
This workgroup will help shape a comprehensive resource that walks applicants through every stage of the funding process—from preparing to apply and identifying community partners to understanding eligibility, timelines, and state-specific requirements. Modeled after the 5310-applicant workbook, this new guide will include best practices, checklists, examples, and strategies to strengthen competitive applications.
Kelly and Barbara’s participation reflects Milligan’s ongoing commitment to thought leadership, national collaboration, and staying at the forefront of emerging trends in mobility management.
